Morning all,

 

I'm after a bit of opinion. In our PExe drivers on our MDT server I have different version numbers of the same driver (see image attached). This is probably because I've imported drivers over the years and never cleared out.

 

So.... if there is a newer version of the driver, would you get rid of the old?

 

Here is an example..... or am I likely to break something. Makes sense to me to clear out and reduce the boot image, but you just never know.

I'm sure during deployment the most appropriate driver will be installed. Sometimes the latest version isn't necessarily better so I would probably keep old of them.

 

I only remove drivers when we no longer the have the make/model in production.
