I would think "Education Pro" would be better than "Education" but that's not the case. I found this out when I decided to try Education Pro and found out machines didn't get bitlockered! My issue was with Group Policy and having bitlocker run and save the key to AD as part of the MDT imaging process. I don't believe Education Pro supports bitlcoker via GPO settings?
