Google Shared Drives - enable 'Anyone with the link' sharing.

Hi, I need to enable 'Anyone with the link' sharing option for just one 'Shared Drive', so I can share the contents as 'public on the web', but can't get this as an option listed under sharing. I cant even seem to get it listed on all shared drives, let alone just the one shared drive.

 

I know it should be possible, because I seem to remember this was a feature as default, but I remove the ability for staff to share externally from Shared drives.

 

I have been going back over all the tick boxes in Apps > Google Workspace > Settings for Drive and Docs > Sharing settings, and also checked the settings in .......> Manage shared drives, but nothing seems to enable 'Anyone with the link' sharing feature.

 

BTW, I know I wont get the option on the shared drive itself, but only on the folders or files inside.

 

Any ideas.
