Evening all. New to Bromcom and not quite done all the training yet, but being asked the inevitable questions by management. Basically, when cover is set, is there a way to download or email it out to all staff. Our management want cover to be seen by all staff, not just those who have been assigned it. Any offers gratefully received!

Yes you can. The school I'm based at, the cover manager has set a scheduled task that send the cover list out at 8am daily to our allstaff group. However, I'm not the cover manager = so the specifics of how you do this I've forgotten - but I vaguely remember it was east enough to do and is covered in the training.

Evening all. Special events in cover. Just can't figure this out! We have y12 internal exams mid-Nov and I need to block out roughly a period a day and add invigilators accordingly. I have tried to set up a special event, with a code, and then arranged the date, period, main staff, room and number of extras I need but it won't show in cover. Any thoughts anyone? Many thanks.
