robintech Posted September 14, 2022 Posted September 14, 2022 Can't seem to figure it out, if I click on Properties (Display the Groups Properties) nothing comes up, trying to move it to another "Group" has a blank list in the drop down with New as an option. Trying to create a New Group with the same Room name it says the group already exists.
robintech Posted October 11, 2022 Author Posted October 11, 2022 Answer from Netsupport support which worked for me is to copy client32.ini and client32u.ini from another computer in that Group/Room or edit them on the computer on question.
