[sims] NOVA-T - Blocking Meetings

Hi - have used NOVA T to block meetings on the timetable using NCC tab. Have assigned staff and pressed 'Assign' on toolbar. When I look at the timetable in NOVA T the meeting is allocated but it does not show on the SIMS timetable.

What am I doing wrong?
