Please see attached.

 

My question is, has it always been the case for when in Primary mode it has a black bar going along the bottom and side but when in studio it fills the screen as it should.

 

Is this normal? It is happening to a number of PC’s around school and not sure if this is the norm or is there a setting than can fix this.

 

Please advise.

Yes, connected via display port if I remember correctly.
