UniFi Guest Portal with Smoothwall Radius

Hi all,

 

Just wondering if anybody has this set up and can point me in the right direction. Since Android 11 was released some newer Android devices have struggled to connect to the WiFi. I want to set up a guest portal so the users can log in and then be authenticated against Radius on the smoothwall box. I can get as far as viewing the guest portal and logging in but then it whirls around and says there was a connection error before it can authenticate, I'm not sure where I am going wrong. The IP of the smoothwall and the UniFi box were set to be available to users on the guest VLAN before they have authenticated which fixed a problem where the guest portal wouldn't show up. I know the Radius is working properly as it authenticated people before when they were entering their details on their device and still does for Apple devices.

 

If anybody has set this up and can point me in the right direction I'll be very grateful to have this up and running for September
