Edge Updates

Please could I ask for assistance with which policy stops Edge automatically updating from the internet, so i can use WSUS.

 

I thought i had it sorted as updates appeared in WSUS, however when i do a bulk WOL or machines are turn on after not being used for a while, the machines are pulling update from the internet still causing high broadband utilisation.

Via the Edge GPO you need to disable updates completely I think to get your way. e.g. "Update policy override default policy" to Disabled. As WSUS is offline MSI/MSU style updates so won't get hit by that

Yeah i've already got that set to disabled in GPO however whenever I do a bulk WOL across the whole site, the broadband connection gets maxed out whilst they all download the update whenever a new one is released.
