ssimms Posted August 17, 2022 Posted August 17, 2022 LEAD DATA (MIS) MANAGER (EDUCATION) – MULTI ACADEMY TRUST (MAT) - SE LONDON/KENT - £50 -55K Education Support Professionals are currently working with our client- a successful MAT- to recruit an energetic, confident and dynamic Data Manager with a strong Education background. You will need to be a proactive communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and possess an ability to set goals, plan and execute tasks with the utmost efficiency and reliability. We are looking for a person who will share a common set of goals and values of the school. This MAT has a very simple mission statement for its staff – Improving Outcomes and Transforming Lives. We are looking for a candidate who can employ a professional yet down to earth working style that builds credibility and a strong working relationship with all levels of staff. You will be an excellent communicator and listener committed to Education with an eye on working towards the MAT’s goals. This role is predominately at one site though you will be expected to travel (within a cluster of the Trust’s schools) to support other schools. Your role is broadly based around : The development and implementation of a central based dashboard drawing data from our academies on education and non-educational performance The set-up of trust wide assessments and analysis of educational outcomes The development of intelligent analyses and reporting to inform the leadership team Ensuring that the trust and all schools are harnessing the full capability of the Arbor MIS and Power BI Establishment of a network of data managers across the trust, sharing best practice Support for individual schools with data management where needed Ensure that all schools are harnessing the full capability of the Arbor MIS and Power BI Establish a network of data managers across the trust, sharing best practice - take out - repeated Bespoke support for individual schools with data management where needed - take out - repeated Comply with the Trust’s policies, financial regulations and scheme of delegation at all times; Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Chief Executive Officer or Members of the leadership team
