Hybrid IT Solutions Manager – WFH ideally from M1 corridor - £50-55K

Global education group with large and increasingly inhouse IT service requires a Strategic and Highly Technical Education experienced IT specialist to join the senior team.

 

Aside from a competitive and negotiable salary, you will primarily work from home but also regularly visit (virtually or on site if absolutely necessary) the head office in Buckinghamshire as well as schools UK wide, and possibly further afield, all expenses paid. Up to 40 days leave, a good pension and potential to take some leave in term time this role would suit a current MAT or large school head of IT, network manager or service delivery manager looking to become part of the SLT devising and assisting in the implementation of cutting edge IT solutions.

 

This role is essentially responsible for creating a better IT service for various schools. Working with the IT Director as well as other IT managers you will account for the strategic development of systems, being the primary contact for design and deployment

 

You will be working with IT Infrastructure products, have 3rd line technical ability, working in an ITIL environment and working across platforms (virtualisation, the cloud, storage, saas, Wan and Lan and databases), networks and cyber security.
