New Products for Education

Hi,

 

My name is Ricardo Campos. I am Portuguese Graduate Student. I'm doing my thesis for my Msc in Product Design and the basis for my thesis is New Products for Education Sector. One of my professors told me this would be the ideal place to gather ideas for new products for education. If you could help me that would be amazing! I would like to know what products do you think Education would need in the future. These could be from new technologies to tables or chairs. Any help would be extremely appreciated. Hi Ricardo, there is so much to cover and so much that is already out there.

 

You might want to watch a few episodes of things like the Check It Out show

that will give you an idea of the products that are out there and discussions about how they are being used. Al Kingsley and Mark Anderson are well versed at bringing together a range of EdTech solutions to discuss.

 

I think you also need to identify a need/requirement first and foremost (biometric scanners are not new and the issue of using biometrics is a debate for a different day ...), and then see how technology can provide the solution.

 

Have you given any thought to this already?
