Hi,

 

I thought I would start a new thread as I originally posted on the end of another and it seems it warrants it's own to stop it getting overlooked.

 

I've come in today to thousands of errors on the SIMS server:

 

 

I have previously done as suggested by @eddyc in the original thread:

But as this is the third time it has happened I'm not sure if I should raise this with support or if anyone knows what the actual problem is and how to fix it... Is it something misconfigured on my server or in SOLUS?

 

 

Also, it seems to always get stuck downloading something I've already downloaded and installed (although I seem to remember having to do it manually as the URL changed and it wouldn't download the update it needed to change the URL)...

Might not help you, but I had to remove the SIMS Setups folder from our file level backup software, as this would cause loads of errors, especial downloaded updates.

 

What I did in the end was remove the entire SIMS folder from the file level backup software, then use a script to copy the SIMS folder to another location during the night, and backup that folder.
