Liquids Posted July 7, 2022 Posted July 7, 2022 Hi All, We are currently looking to replace some of our ancient interactive boards which are from over a decade ago with more up to date ones. We have had a trials of a few different makes such as promethean, benq and touch i3 but we are considering an alternative which is an Infocus board instead. Does anyone have any experience with these? This is the one we are looking at: https://www.avpartsmaster.co.uk/infocus-inf6540e-65-4k-interactive-touch-display-p159905/s159868?gclid=CjwKCAjwiJqWBhBdEiwAtESPaCV9tTGrI7BY906zTtCdIb-2WCnTg2W1zkgi3kPBnJhQkScOXHhQTBoC5V8QAvD_BwE We do not have a large budget so we are trying to get the most amount of boards as possible. I would appreciate any recommendations of alternatives within a similar price range of the one that is linked.
Aprice Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 We installed a few Hisense boards not long ago. Have to say value for money wise they were excellent, and had some great feedback from the staff about them. I still prefer BenQ or Viewsonic but at the price we got them at it allowed them to have another one or two boards with the same budget. Only criticism was that the USB port for touch was on the front of the board, however we understand that they may be changing that. A right angle USB mostly alleviated the concern with that as well.
Liquids Posted July 8, 2022 Author Posted July 8, 2022 That's our current current situation, we are only able to purchase a very limited amount so if I could buy one or two more then it would make a huge difference. Thank you for the recommendation and information, I will be sure to have a look. Cheers
