Hi All,

I have a request from school to create a test. The user wants the test to be taken and the score marked down. Both Google Forms and Microsoft Form do this perfectly. However what the user then wants to be able to do is for them to retake the quiz keeping all their submitted answers filled and have another go at answering the ones they have got wrong. I cant find this feature on Microsoft but it is available on Google. The only issue with it is when they submit the retaken test it overnights the data of the original test.

What the user wants to be able to do is see the first attempt data. The student then retake it and re submit and then see the resubmitted data. I know this is possible if the student retakes the whole test but some of them have a lot of questions so we want to be able to re use the first submitted tests answers.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Luke

Perhaps you could write an add-on to copy the cells to another sheet when submitted?

I've not looked, but there might be something already available

edit: probably should have put a link to 'works with spreadsheets' rather than forms. Copydown looks a good bet.
