Hi all

 

Is anyone else having issue with ParentPay reports? Our finance officer contacted me yesterday and long story short she has been downloading reports then editing and sharing by email in Excel 2019 without issue until about 2 weeks ago when now it is not working as expected. She is downloading the report editing it and sending but the sent report after editing does not look as expected. I have told her this will be because the format is CSV and will need to be converted to an Excel workbook but she obviously does not want to do this as it worked without having to change the file format before. ParentPay when we called them acknowledged something has changed in the past couple of weeks there end but would not say what and we are not getting far. It looks like most downloads in ParentPay have been in CSV format for years but if I look back at the finance officers sent items the shared file is in Excel format before it stopped working not CSV so if she has not been converting it manually in Excel ParentPay must have changed the format for some reports maybe??? Confusing...
