InTune

Hoping somebody can help me here as I have not long joined an environment utilising InTune having never used it myself before and I'm just struggling to understand it in general.

 

There appears to be a general issue on client devices with certain apps not running, just kicking back a 'restricted by administrator' error but I think this has something to do with them switching from AppV to InTune? Oddly on top of that even installing apps locally as an admin still can't be run by end users when they log on.

 

But anyway just looking at InTune I'm not making much sense of the device install status for apps, for example for any given app I may see a client listed multiple times with different users and all reporting an installed status yet the app won't be there on the PC. It's difficult to tell if these apps are being installed by device or user...why the multiple entries?

 

Does anybody have any advice please?
