How do i download only some items from a .ZIP hosted online?

Ok, I need to download a file.zip from the interwebs.

 

File.zip is 20GB!!! in size.

 

File.zip has 3 files inside......

 

FileA.extension (1gb)

FileB.extension (4gb)

FileC.extension (15GB)

 

How do i download just fileA.extension????

 

Is there a download manager that anybody knows of the could do this? It would have to intercept any "downloads" i select from a website then let me select just the files i actually need.

 

For transparency the file.zip contains audio files in various formats & sizes (from bandcamp)

As it is all in one file, you can only download the entire .zip file, including the bits you do not want.
