Hello

re: Message send approval

When a on-prem user sends an email to a on-prem distribution list, on-prem Exchange accounts can approve a message... anys idea how I could enable O365 users to approve the message as well?

They receive the message that a message requires approval, but no approve button...

Hope this makes sense...

TIA

I wonder if this is related to how O365 is seeing connections from on prem

I assume you dont have a third party email server between O365 and EXO?

If an O365 user sends an email to a on prem user on holiday, what version of the out of office message do they get?

Similar, do voting buttons from a on prem to O365 user?

Hmm it only mentions the default one there.

Can you run Get-RemoteDomain to show if tnef is enabled? Never had to do this myself tbh.

Yeah that looks a bit odd… see out of office is set to external too which assuming it’s all the same org you’d want the internal out of office message.

pull the full settings of both the onmicrosoft.com connectors as there is a bunch of settings. We need to tell both ends this is a special connection and it can be trusted. We also have to look at it from an exo point of view routing back to on prem.
