techie17 Posted June 8, 2022 Posted June 8, 2022 (edited) Hi Ive just been given an example template file from ParentPay to start the Staff details upload from Bromcom to ParentPay but their file is asking for the ClassGroup and YearGroup fields but bromcom doesn't have this for staff so has anyone else manage to supply ParentPay with a report with these fields from Bromcom? The Fields ParentPay say they need are:

StaffIdentifier Surname ChosenName YearGroup ClassGroup

Ive done the student one fine, just the staff one im struggling with. Thanks Edited June 8, 2022 by techie17

mthomas08 Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 I hope ParentPay doesn't break like it did for us. Make sure you have matched names exactly. Any preferred/legal mix up can cause the current accounts to disable in favour of new ones. Took ParentPay about 3-4 days to admit the issue is their end.....
