PC_AM Posted May 31, 2022 Posted May 31, 2022 (edited) Hello, I'm looking for a bit of advice before I start the rebuild of our Adobe CC software ready for the next academic year. We have had a recent security audit and it was noted that some Adobe apps were unpatched. We use Remote Update Manager but this only does updates to the Adobe CC apps, not upgrades. Due to this, I'm looking at ways in which all Adobe apps installed on devices on our network can auto-update to major versions. We are using Shared Device Licensing when creating packages, but when looking at various Adobe support pages, the option for us to turn ON the 'Self-Service Policies' in the Permissions tab in order to change the 'User Managed' settings to tick 'Automatically update all applications' is not there for us to edit for our selected entitlement. I'm wondering how other College's and Uni's are handling this to make sure Adobe apps are fully patched when a new minor or major version of any Adobe app is released? We have around 1000 laptops & PC's with some sort of Adobe package installed on Windows 10 devices. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Many thanks Edited June 1, 2022 by PC_AM
