Brax Posted May 23, 2022 Posted May 23, 2022 (edited) Good Morning Edugeek, We've got a sizeable fleet of HP printer's that are mostly CP3525 Models. They're not too old and shortly after the pandemic ramped up a lot of them began to fail with the 59.F0 error and we've had a large chunk of them that have begun to fail again recently. We've tried to fix this by replacing components where we can, mostly the transfer belt as I know this is a contributing factor. I'm hoping for people's thoughts and advice in fixing this problem if they have come across it:o . We've been replacing the units where possible when the error occurs but due to the cost of replacement and our cartridge stores being mostly made up of cartridges for these units we are struggling to replace at the rate they are failing and don't really want to switch away from the models due to the amount of cartridges we have but open to any advice and thoughts. psydii Posted May 23, 2022 Posted May 23, 2022 When I last had problems with an HP CP series https://www.ebm.co.uk/solutions/ were the only people who managed to help. At the time they had a team of engineers who really knew the products. We did pay them for the privilege, but they initially proved themselves with some highly effective advice provided pro bono. It was a few years ago, so I don't know if they've kept that team/service going.
