[sims] Keystone MIS support any good?

Hi,

 

Does anyone have any experience with Keystone MIS support?

Just looking at providers and these have been mentioned.

Can't find out much information about them or reviews.

We have been using them for past 2 years and have found their support to be amazing and at a really good price if you go for a multi-year deal. Coming from LA support (with for 20+ years) our admin staff did have some major reservations but now I don't think they'd go back.

 

Which MIS are you looking at, we're with them for SIMS however we're about to make the move to Bromcom while still maintaining their support.
