Claycots School – Both Campuses

Level 4 SCP 8 – 12 (£21,817 - £23,536 FTE)

Full time (37 hours per week and 52 weeks)

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and pro-active IT Technician to join our team.

 

Who are we?

We are a large primary school and we are excited to be recruiting for the position of IT Technician. Following on from our successful Ofsted judgment (November 2018) we are seeking ambitious, values driven professionals who are willing to work with us to improve the outcomes for our children.

 

We are looking to recruit an IT technician to provide first and second line support to users, across both campuses. The role will be varied and you will be a major part of reshaping how the IT network and associated services are delivered to staff, pupils and the wider community. You will be professional, hard working and able to continue to develop within the IT team as well as have a relentless drive to ensure that the children at Claycots receive the best opportunities possible.

 

You will have experience of basic client device (including Windows, Apple, ChromeOS and other devices), server, network and AV installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of written and spoken English and maths skills.

I am the IT and Data Manager employed directly by the school looking to fill this post with someone who has wants to drive the IT standards in the larger-than-average 8 form entry Primary school.
