Sims report help

Hi all

 

new to sims but been asked to create a report containing the following

 

date range nameyearreg% attendance for the year to datecomments

 

i have created the report but i am unable to add comments - i can run a report just for comments but is there anyway to incorporate all of the above in a single report?

If you mean comments as in the "per lesson" comments, you can get it if you scroll down the report to the blue attendance section and use that, but obviously it'll create a line per comment on the report rather than joining them all up. Example below, which is only 2 students (red/green) as each comment is a new line etc

 

 

So obviously going to be a longgggggggg report

Hi - thanks for that - i have found in Reports > lesson monitor > selected student reports > comments . That is the report i want but is there anyway to add % attendance year to date to it.

 

i can see you can modify reports but i can't find this one to modify it
