Staff laptops - recycle bin

Hope you are well.

 

Something that has been brought up, does anyone use recycle bins on staff laptops?

 

We use offline files for staff to use their laptops at home, but we don't use the recycle bins for them, if they delete anything. Does anyone use this? Is there a reason not to?

 

Is it easy to implement for a mapped network drive?
