password1234 Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 Hi We recently implement Aruba Access points to a school replacing their old existing ruckus ones, everything is managed through Aruba Central Since then the Chromebooks specifically are unable to detect to the copier/printing they were printing to, its a UTAX Copier Any familiar with Chrome books and what technology they use for printing? or anyone came across a similar issue and how to resolve it?

SpaceInvader83 Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 I'd also check to see if you have any Access Rules setup on the wireless network in question, Devices > Config Mode (top right) > Choose WLAN > Edit > Access tab 1
mavhc Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 That looks like the right place to start ticking/unticking boxes. Usually the wifi controller is "smart" and sees broadcast packets and sends them only to where they're needed, if it understands them, otherwise sending every packet to every wifi device would slow wifi down 1
