Server Error in '/' Application MS Teams

Hi,

 

looking for some advice on a Microsoft Teams issue.

 

When some students are trying to open Word, Excel or PowerPoint in the Web App of Teams, they are greeted with 'Server Error in '/' Application'.

 

But if a another student signs into another machine it loads up the files fine.

 

If anyone has any advice on what can be tried that'd be great.

I can't offer any suggestions I'm afraid but one of the Computing teachers here has reported the same problem happening in similar random circumstances.

 

What filtering are you using? What rules are in place for Office 365 traffic?
