Spiceworks Reporting

Ladies and Gents,

 

I am currently using Spiceworks Cloud as our helpdesk system for a Trust.

 

We currently have 3 sites and they all have a tenant under our main account.

 

I need to produce stats for both team members and sites on a weekly basis, I use PowerBI to import my stats although getting site stats is difficult.

 

Has anyone got any ways or templates they use to extract their data?

Haven't tried Spiceworks with PowerBI yet, but they have their own template you can use if you haven't tried it already: https://community.spiceworks.com/support/help-desk-cloud-edition/docs/reporting#advanced-reporting-with-power-bi.

Yes I have their template, although I can't seem to make it do what I want. Maybe user error here! :-)

Hi All,

 

Reopening this thread as I have now spent some time working with Bi and love it. One of the things I am trying to replicate is the Ticket Churn but for other time periods other than the last 30 days, like you get on the web portal.

 

Does anyone have any tips or templates I can use?

 

I currently use the default Spiceworks PowerBI template.
