IT Support Team Leader

Kingswood Academy, Hull (with travel to other locations in Hull and Louth as required)

£32,000 - £38,000

38 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Full Time, Permanent

Immediate start

 

We are recruiting an IT Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering project implementations, change releases and responsible for the day-to-day line management of the Hull & Louth technical team and activities. You will be based at Kingswood Academy, Hull with travel to other locations in Hull and Louth as required.

 

As our Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day technical IT Support, proactive monitoring of the academies infrastructure and management/technical support of applications and solutions for the assigned academy/academies in Hull & Louth. You will work alongside IT Junior Technicians, IT Technicians and IT Engineers and where necessary third party partners/parties to support the delivery of IT to staff and students.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, leadership and excellent communication.
