ILO Access - Secure Connection Failed

I am not able to log in to our new HP Server into the ILO IP with an error message "Secure Connection Failed" I was able to log in via IE but today I was not able to log in also via IE. I have managed to log in now and from a quick google this seems to be a result of running old firmware on the Server. I have just checked the firmware version and can see it is from last month so this should allow log in using modern browsers? Where can I check the problem for connectivity using a modern browser and why I am not able to connect to the ILO? This server is remote, so it's quite important I have a reliable connection.

 

I've never had to configure ILO before so this is all new to me.

I've just had a thought that this used to work and we have had daylight saving time. Could this have an impact on something if the server has not been rebooted?
