Ok, normally if I do a search for exam software and get no previous threads, then that is a good sign, I hope.

Anyone else used this recently? It could be turning into a mare, but I'm not sure yet. On Friday 85 students need to be doing a test at the same time. I talked certain staff out of doing this in the hall on 85 laptops and now we are running it from IT rooms that are next to each other. I had 2 weeks to deploy it which seemed reasonable. I made a start and got 2 rooms done. After 1 week my wife gets ill last Friday and is still in hospital. I then have to work from home to be able to take my son to school. Ok fine, I've managed to install the other rooms by working remotely and hoping people don't turn PC's off, and also having an IT team of 2 because 2 left before Xmas. Now I want to run a demo test before the real tests. Read the documentation and can't find anything about how to do it. Contact support and they say it's on page 31, but I only have 15 pages of the same titled document. Ok so they then send me their copy that has the info on, but it then doesn't say what codes you are meant to use for the demo test!!!

Why does this always happen to exam software? I've re-contacted support and have one day left before the actual exams and I'm hoping for a decent reply before then unless someone here happens to know the procedure?

Actually, I got demo codes sent to me today and it worked on a test. Not overly impressed with the support as they don't seem familiar with the process. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
