Papercut Scripts - Duplex and Grayscale/Colour

Hi,

 

At a previous employer, I had some Papercut Scripting that gave users a pop up when they printed. First pop up was to allow them to choose Duplex or Single Sided, Second Pop Up was Grayscale vs Colour.

 

Problem is I don't have the script for it anymore.

 

Does anyone have any ideas how I could re-script this?
