windows 10 wifi issues

We are building newer laptops with 21H2 and we are having issues with Wi-Fi.

 

We are getting connected, not secured on power on and this carries on through to log on (currently preventing cloud drive mapper from working).

 

I was initially tempted to say this is 21H2, But some older machines have been affected (1809, 1909).

 

Also, not everything on the site is affected so I don't think it's our broadband...

 

Has anyone else recently come accross this, and is there a solution? its really messing up working from home for people.
