talksr Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Hi there, Does anyone else have a similar problem? We have Kodo 1.6.12.0 deployed via MSI to our Windows 10 stations. They are currently running 21H2. I have ensured that the drivers are fully up to date on each system, particularly the graphics driver. When any user clicks on the Kodu Game Lab icon, nothing happens. Even an Administrator. I have viewed event log at the time it is opened, and this is what I am seeing... We are deploying the software via KoduSetup_1.6.12.0.msi in it's own GPO for the OU containing the computers we need it in. Any help would be greatly appreciated
ass17 Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Have you made sure you have installed the Microsoft XNA framework 4.0 redistributable refresh? 2

ass17 Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Just tested it and it is indeed that you are missing XNA framework… 1
