Windows 2003 server page pool

Every 3 weeks my server falls over and I have to do a hard reset the event log is full of

 

"The server was unable to allocate from the system paged pool because the pool was empty."

 

Any ideas - I;ve already done a few reg changes I found on google, everything looks fine then the server fall over

 

Its not a disk issue and the server is less that 3 months old

Reads as a bad driver though, I reckon it would be worth checking for updates for all your mobo and network drivers, especially if you used the ones that came on the system CD.

 

Aslo can you post the specs of the server? Memory CPU ect.
