Premiere Pro/Encore CS3 Install problem...

Hi, hoping someone can help me out with this one before I phone Adobe.

 

After starting the setup process a window appears which seems to be the installer unpacking. After a few seconds the installer window comes up then flicks off after a few seconds.

 

Has anyone else come across this problem?

 

I've tried on 2 machines so far, an Optiplex 755 (specs seem to meet the minimum fine) and a Precision 470, both Dell which I hope isn't the issue.

 

The event viewer says the install completed successfully which is bizarre as it never started.
