Schoolcomms - unable to send attachments

Is anyone else having problems with Schoolcomms? We can send emails, but not if we try to add a file as an attachment. Their solution is to keep trying....

We were having issues yesterday

Likewise, I was informed yesterday by the office, I checked and then emailed their support. I was directed to their service status page and my case was "solved". I have the same issue this morning.

yeah for us it stopped working yesterday afternoon now our office lady can't send attachments. It just hangs then times out with an error message.
