Hi,

 

I have installed the latest GPO templates and noticed that incognito is now depreciated. How do you all manage chrome now they have removed half the policies?

It's not that it's been removed completely, they've created a new policy to replace the old one. For Incognito specifically, the new policy item is called "Incognito mode availability". Enable that policy and set it to "Incognito mode disabled". They've done the same with the policies for forcing safe search in Google search results and YouTube.
