Macs - Not Opening Photoshop. Accessibility Access/Bash Message?

A second Mac issue for me in two days. I can't rightly express how much I detest them but I'll keep trying I guess. Awful things.

Today the awful things seem to just not want to Adobe. Photoshop is asking students to register, also the following/attached message appears.

I'll be hugely grateful for any pointers on this. It seems we have enough licenses (gleaned by asking the more Mac-capable members of support) but I'm at sea with this one.

How do I arrive at a state of affairs where Photoshop "just works" from this point?

Thanks hugely any and everyone.

This is just part of the MacOS Security in newer versions. You need to push a Privacy Preference Policy with your MDM to stop that from appearing. You can use this utility to generate one giving bash the accessibility rights which is what it looks like its asking for in that screenshot https://github.com/jamf/PPPC-Utility
