Cloud fare issues accessing sites

Hello everyone,

 

I have finance staff who are struggling to access sites such as CGP Book and PCWorld as they are hit with Cloud Fare - access denied message. We use smoothwall filtering and I have added the PC to the exception list but they are still hit with this error message. Has anyone else experienced this before? It's currently 2 users having this issue?

Yes! What's causing it and what is the fix? I have tried disabling anti virus etc.

No fix, I'm raw on the net, I'm getting that for various sites currently

Do you guys have any ad-block/cookie monsters? Those can throw up the 1020s as it uses cookies as part of it's check normally

No ad-block or cookie monsters. The issue happens with every browser (Google Chrome, Edge etc)

I've seen this where sites are being SSL inspected, I think it's something to do with Cloudflare's End to End Certificate checking. We found it with the RAF/Army/ Navy and MOD sites which all started working correctly once we excluded them from SSL inspection (we use lightspeed for clarity)

I have no SSL inspection, like I say I am absolutely raw on the net aside from inbound restrictions and I am seeing it, its annoying as there is nothing in the way, its a completely clean browser, no blockers etc...
