The key bit of text there is "Except LTSC Editions". Any Windows Server release with a year in its title is an LTSC release. There was a Semi Annual Channel for Windows Server, which was Core only. Similar to the Windows 10 SAC, builds were released every sixth months and were supported for 18 months. The last release was 20H2, after which MS stopped doing it as no bugger used it. Turns out people didn't want to do feature updates every six months. Who knew? 1
