An opportunity for someone with good technical understanding of schools MIS (SIMS, FMS, Arbor, Bromcom etc) has come up in one of the UK’s most successful education services support company.

You’ll take responsibility to support, especially with the technical platforms of SIMS and Solus, as well as managing upgrade and migration projects.

 

You’ll be able to use your school’s knowledge of data and mis systems, to provide service desk support and improve usage across a large user base. And work with a wide range of colleagues with specialist knowledge.

 

This role would suit someone with ICT Technician or Data Manager / Data Officer experience in schools or someone already working in a SIMS / MIS helpdesk environment. Technical experience is more important than module knowledge although you will need to get involved in module support calls and be willing to learn that side of support
