Adobe Premier Pro Hangs on "Loading ExporterQuicktimeHost.prm"

Sorry if this isn't in the right place,

 

Everything other app is fines except Premier Pro.

 

It hangs on "Loading ExporterQuicktimeHost.prm"

 

 

I've tried deleteing the file as Google suggests, it is recreated but with the same issue.

 

Anybodyelse have this? I suspect its a file permission issue.

 

Just thought i'd reach out before going down the rabbit hole.

After testing this, it seems to be related to folder redirection.

 

If i disable folder redirection on a standard user account it loads fine.

 

As soon as the users documents are redirected it fails.

 

APP data isn't redirected.

Anybody else had this issue?

Nope i was wrong its not a folder redirection issue..... still lost in the rabbit hole...

Not had this before but is this a single device or all of them?

 

Happens on existing or cleanly imaged devices?

 

Tried it on a domain joined PC that’s excluded from all GPO’s to see if it’s a GPO causing it?

 

If you run ProcMon and filter the process name for Premier what’s it trying to do when it gets stuck here?
