Microsoft 365 Compliance Search

Is there way in the Microsoft Compliance Center to conduct a search that will find out who has access and downloaded a file from a Sharepoint site/team?

 

If so how?

From memory this is all in the unified audit logs, so should be able to be searched for from the compliance search util.
