As the Schools’ focus on our strategic objective “class of 2030”, we are expanding our team with this exciting role operating across our three sites, initially with a primary base at Stamford High School. The Schools have recently invested £0.5m on an infrastructure project and £1.4m on a 1-2-1 device provision for all pupils from Year 4 to Year 13 to help prepare our students with the digital skills for the future.

This role will work from the central IT Services department office at Stamford School, providing support to the other sites as required and as per the IT Services staff rota. The Senior IT Technician (Infrastructure) hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, 08:30-17:00 Monday – Friday and will on occasions be required to work on events promoting the schools which may involve some out of normal hours working for which notice will be given. Hybrid remote working is available for this post, with some on site working to facilitate role.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain qualifications in industry qualification and access to our Pluralsight platform.
