Hello,

Just have a question about IPad storage.

Have a user whose iPad storage shows nearly full. Checking their storage, it shows photos storage at around nearly 15GB, which is a lot of data. However, when looking in the photo's folder on the ipad, there are only 82 photos.

Checking their Appleid profile on the ipad, the icloud storage section is greyed out.

So, if I may ask, what is actually happening here with the storage ? Are they logging into more than one Ipad with that Appleid or do they need to log into their Appleid account online and delete photos or transfer them to a computer ?

Thanks all

First two things that would spring to mind would be, have they recently deleted a lot? As it'll keep them for 40 days in their equiv of recycle bin, so unless you force them out of there they'll hold data, secondly maybe someone was being silly and hid a lot of them? (if student wise etc)
