This is a great opportunity for an individual who: Has a passion for IT; Has excellent troubleshooting skills and enjoys problem solving; Enjoys providing guidance on IT matters; Has a willingness to learn and develop new skills; Has an aptitude for fixing hardware, software and investigating IT problems; Has good interpersonal skills and enjoys working as part of a team. The post is for 37 hours per week. It attracts a Grade 6 (Points 8 - 13) with a salary of £20,493 – £22,627 (depending on experience).
