Schools Broadband certificate not working?

Hi all, I'm having an issue at one of my schools. We use Schools Broadband here and up until October, we never had a problem with the certificate. Now, we can't get it to stay on the machines (Mostly Dell Vostros and HP 255 G7s, though I have had a report this morning that the iPads have started to become affected too).

 

Using CertMgr I can see that the certificate isn't installed. If I install it, there's a 50/50 chance that I'll come into work the next day and the same machine will be affected again. I have contacted SBB and they have said it's something we're doing wrong, but we've been installing it as per instruction since we started using that certificate years ago. Has anyone else experienced this?

It's almost certainly them, based on my experiences with them.
