Redirected start menu - missing icons

Hi,

 

I've seen a few similar posts but none that describe this particular issue. We have redirected start menus here and although they redirect fine, we get missing icons. Always the same missing icons, on every windows 10 pc, with no obvious pattern. I can browse to the redirected location and there they are, but not all of them appear in the start menu.

 

Any thoughts?

I'm just trying to remember how I solved this...

 

I got the icons for the ones missing, put them in a folder on the share then on the original shortcut, properties/change icon and pointed at the correct icon in the folder.
